Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information the Soul Tranquility app at app.soultranquilitywellness.com (the “App”) handles. The App is provided by Soul Tranquility Wellness LLC (“we,” “us”).

The short version: everything you log or write (your cycle, journal, moods and symptoms) stays on your device. We never see it, upload it, sell it or use it for ads. Members give us an email so Stripe can take payment and we can confirm the membership, and that’s it.

1. What stays on your device (we never receive it)

Your journal entries, cycle and period data, perimenopause/menopause tracking, moods, symptoms, quiz answers, check-ins, settings and anything else you enter are saved only in your browser’s storage on your device. They are not sent to us or to anyone else. You can export or erase them anytime in Profile → Your privacy.

2. What we do collect

Free users: no account and no email. We don’t collect personal information from you.
Members, account: your email address and a password, used to sign in and confirm your membership. Passwords are stored by our sign-in provider in hashed (scrambled) form; we can’t see them.
Members, subscription: your membership status, plan, and Stripe customer and subscription IDs.
Payments: payment details (card number, billing information) are entered directly with Stripe and handled by Stripe under Stripe’s Privacy Policy. We never receive or store your full card number. At checkout you may also choose to tell us how you heard about us; this is optional.
Daily reminders: calendar reminders are created on your device and nothing is sent to us. If you choose to turn on push notifications, we store only an anonymous notification address from your browser, your reminder time and your time zone, so we can send the daily nudge. It contains no health data, isn’t linked to your account or anything you log, and is deleted when you turn notifications off.
Feedback: if you email us, we receive your email and message.

3. What we don’t do

No advertising, ad networks, or behavioral tracking.
No analytics that follow what you tap, read or log.
We never sell or rent personal information, and we never share it for advertising.
Your account email is never linked to anything you log in the App.

4. Service providers

We use a few providers to run the App. They process data only to provide their service to us:

Stripe: payments, billing, receipts and the subscription management page.
Supabase: sign-in, membership records, and (only if you turn them on) anonymous push reminder addresses.
Cloudflare: hosting and delivering the App securely.
jsDelivr: delivers the sign-in software library to your browser.

Like any website, these providers may briefly process technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect against abuse.

5. Cookies and storage

The App uses your browser’s local storage to keep your data and settings on your device, and to keep members signed in. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies. Stripe may use cookies on its checkout pages for fraud prevention.

6. How long we keep information

We keep member account and subscription records while you have an account and as needed for billing, tax and legal records. Data on your device stays until you erase it or clear the App’s data.

7. Your choices and rights

Export or erase everything on your device in Profile → Your privacy.
Cancel your membership anytime in Profile → Manage / Cancel Subscription.
Ask us to access, correct or delete your account information by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we’ll honor them.

8. Security

Connections to the App are encrypted (HTTPS), and access to account records is restricted. No system is perfectly secure. Because your personal entries never leave your device, they can’t be exposed in a breach of our servers.

9. Children

The App is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.

10. Health information

The App is not a healthcare provider, and information you log isn’t sent to us. The App is educational and is not medical advice. See our Terms of Service.

11. Changes

If we update this policy, we’ll change the date at the top. If a change is significant, we’ll let you know in the App.
