These terms apply to the Soul Tranquility app at app.soultranquilitywellness.com (the “App”), provided by Soul Tranquility Wellness LLC, a North Carolina company (“we,” “us”). By using the App you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the App.

The short version: the free version is free. Premium renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel anytime from Profile; you keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for and you won’t be charged again. We don’t give refunds for partial periods. The App is for education and wellness. It isn’t medical care.

1. Not medical advice

The App provides general wellness and educational information, including information about cycles, perimenopause, menopause, nutrition, supplements, herbs, peptides, movement, sleep and emotional wellbeing. It is not medical advice and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. It does not replace a licensed healthcare provider.

Talk to a qualified healthcare provider before you start, stop or change any supplement, medication, diet, or exercise program, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a medical condition, or take medication.
Some content describes substances (for example, certain peptides) that are not approved for human use or are only available by prescription. That content is for education only. We do not sell them or encourage you to use them.
In an emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number). If you are thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 in the U.S.

2. Who can use the App

The App is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to buy a subscription.

3. Free and Premium

Part of the App is free and needs no account. Premium unlocks additional content and tools. We may add, change or remove features over time.

4. Subscriptions, free trial and billing

Plans. Premium is offered monthly ($9.99/month) or yearly ($59.99/year), plus any applicable taxes. The price is always shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, and is charged to your payment method on file, until you cancel.
Free trial. When a free trial is offered (currently 7 days on the yearly plan), you won’t be charged during the trial. If you don’t cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts and you’re charged the plan price on the day the trial ends. If you cancel during the trial, you won’t be charged. During a free trial, a few members-only libraries (Peptides, Herbs, Health Library, Sound & Frequency and the Supplement Scanner) stay locked and open with your first payment.
Cancelling. Cancel anytime in the App under Profile → Manage / Cancel Subscription. Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep Premium until the end of your current paid period (or trial), and then your account returns to the free version.
No refunds. Payments are non-refundable, and we don’t provide refunds or credits for partial periods or unused time, except where the law requires it.
Price changes. If we change the price of your plan, we’ll tell you in advance. The new price applies from your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.
Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe may retry it and email you to update your card. If payment can’t be collected, Premium access ends.
Offers. Discounts or trials may be offered from time to time. They apply only as described when offered.

5. Your account

Premium members sign in with an email and password. Keep your password private. You’re responsible for activity on your account. Use the same email you paid with so the App can confirm your membership.

6. Your content

What you log or write in the App (journal entries, cycle, mood and symptom data) is stored on your own device, not on our servers. You own it. Because it lives only on your device, you’re responsible for backing it up. Use Profile → Your privacy → Backup & restore. We can’t recover it if your device is lost, reset, or the App’s data is cleared. See our Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable use

Don’t copy, resell or redistribute the App or its content. Don’t try to bypass Premium access, reverse engineer the App, or interfere with its operation. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these rules.

8. Intellectual property

The App and its content, design, text and graphics belong to Soul Tranquility Wellness LLC or its licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial use.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including about accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or that the App will always be available or error-free. You use the information in the App at your own risk.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Soul Tranquility Wellness LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any health decisions you make based on the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we’ll let you know in the App. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
